Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bread (small pieces)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 large onion
    1 stalk celery
    turkey fat and turkey
    salt
    pepper
    sage
    paprika
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Cut onion and celery into bite-size pieces; simmer in melted butter.
    Cut some turkey fat and turkey. Add to onion and celery along with salt, pepper and sage and simmer.
    Mix with bread.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Stuff into turkey.
