Sunburst Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
3 carrots, cut on bias
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 slice ginger, minced
1 large can (16 oz.) chunk pineapple
1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti
Preparation

Stir-fry chicken and ginger until chicken is done.
Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add to pan a bit of oil, carrots and green pepper.
Stir-fry until tender.
