Cin-Apple Buns(Positively Fat Free! Fantastic!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour (approximately)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. egg whites
    2 3/4 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
    2 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. warm water (approximately)
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 very large apples
Preparation
    In food processor, mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt (the first 4 ingredients).
    While processor is running, then add egg whites and 1 cup warm water.
    If dough seems too dry, add a bit more water; if too wet, a bit more flour.
    Process until smooth ball forms (about 4 minutes).
    Cover with damp cloth and leave on floured surface to rise, about 1/2 hour.
    When dough has risen, roll into large rectangle.
    Spread with applesauce, then top with 1 cup brown sugar, raisins and cinnamon.
