Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large cooked, diced potatoes
    1 large onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1/2 lb. mild cheese
    2 slices bread, diced
    1 c. butter
    handful of parsley
Preparation
    In small roaster layer all ingredients.
    Melt butter and pour over top.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
