Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 egg yolks
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Bring milk to a boil.
    Add butter and brown sugar.
    Mix flour with warm water to make a paste.
    Add eggs and salt to flour mixture.
    When milk is almost boiling, stir in flour mixture, continuing to stir until blended.
    Pour into 1 baked pie shell. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40-45 minutes.
