Fresh Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 box cheese crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cut up broccoli to make 6 cups.
    In saucepan, cook broccoli in small amount of boiling salted water for 10 minutes; drain well. Mix broccoli with all ingredients except crackers.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with crushed crackers.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
