Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 oz. spaghetti
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. Parmesan
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1 c. Mozzarella, shredded
1 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 c. water
Preparation

Break spaghetti in half.
Cook and drain.
While warm, combine with Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Pat into a well-greased 10-inch pie plate.
Melt butter and saute onion, then mix with Ricotta and spoon over spaghetti.
Saute meat and drain.
Add tomato paste, water and oregano.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Pour over pie.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
