Pork Chops On Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. oleo
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. cubed cheese (Velveeta cheese)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. milk
    pork chops
Preparation
    Arrange layers of potatoes, oleo, flour, cheese and salt and pepper in a 2-quart casserole.
    Pour milk over layers.
    Arrange pork chops on top of potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
