Mock "Morel" Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can mushroom bits and pieces
2 eggs, well beaten
30 Ritz crackers, broken in bite size pieces
3 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix together and let set overnight.
Drop spoon size patties in small amount of oil or butter.
Fry until brown.
