E-Z Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Place yeast in 2 cups warm water.
Melt butter; add to sugar in large bowl.
Add beaten egg and dissolved yeast.
Add flour and stir until thoroughly mixed.
