Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    3 to 4 potatoes, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    3 carrots, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Brown meat; add tomatoes, salt and pepper. In a casserole dish, layer 1/3 potatoes, 1/2 meat mixture, 1/3 potatoes, onions and carrots. Top with remaining meat and 1/3 potatoes on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
