Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 firm large banana, sliced
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments in syrup
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. seedless grapes
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and oranges.
    In large bowl, combine grapes, marshmallows, pineapple, banana, coconut, oranges and nuts. Combine sour cream and brown sugar.
    Stir into fruit mixture. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour or overnight.
    Makes 4 servings.
