Artichoke Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ready-made dough crust
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, chopped
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake pie shell for 5 to 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients together.
    Fill pie shell and bake approximately 1 hour.
