Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
2 c. celery, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. almonds, sliced
2 tsp. onion, grated
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. potato chips, crushed
1/2 c. American cheese, grated
Preparation

Combine chicken, celery, salt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, almonds, onion
and water chestnuts and put in buttered baking dish; top
with
potato
chips and cheese.
Bake in oven until heated through
and
bubbly.
Bake
at
350\u00b0
for
20 minutes. Serves 6.
