Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. curry powder
    4 c. chopped chicken
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oil.
    Add flour and curry powder and stir well.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Serve as stew or over bread or biscuits.
    Great for leftover turkey.
