Baked Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 c. grits
    3 eggs
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. American or Cheddar cheese
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Cook grits in salt water according to directions on box.
    Add chopped garlic, cheese and butter.
    Remove from stove and fold in eggs, beaten.
    Pour into greased dish.
    Sprinkle with caraway seed and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
