Mandarin Delight Cake(Once Assembled, Keep Refrigerated.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 1/2 oz.) white cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice
3 egg whites
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Combine ingredients; mix for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Frost with topping.
