Alma'S Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. country-style pork ribs
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 c. tomato juice or puree
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Precook ribs in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes on high. While the ribs are cooking, mix the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Place drained ribs in a single layer in a glass or enamel baking dish.
    Cover the ribs with the barbecue sauce and cover with foil.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove the foil for the last 15 minutes to brown.
