Cream Of Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, chopped
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 bouillon cubes (beef)
    1/2 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 to 3/4 c. whipping cream
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook all but cream and butter until tender over medium heat for 45 minutes.
    Puree cooked ingredients.
    Stir in cream and butter and serve.
    Adjust seasoning.
