El Dorado Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
6 to 8 canned chiles, seeded and chopped
4 c. grated Jack cheese
2 c. sliced black olives
2 c. sour cream
2 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed tortilla chips
Preparation

Brown meat, onions and garlic salt.
Mix with tomato sauce and olives.
Blend cottage cheese, sour cream and chilies.
