Molded Salad(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 or 8-cup serving) lime Jell-O (regular or sugar-free)
1 (4 or 8-cup serving) lemon Jell-O (regular or sugar-free)
1 c. cottage cheese (nonfat)
1 c. crushed pineapple (sugar-free), drained, using juice in Jell-O
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. fat-free Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix Jell-Os in large bowl and let set until \"soft set\" in refrigerator.
Whip until \"frothy\".
Add pineapple last and stir well.
Pour into mold or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Refrigerate until set. Unmold or cut into 3 x 3-inch servings.
