Sourdough Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. potato flakes
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. of sugar
    3 Tbsp. of potato flakes
    1 c. of warm water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. potato flakes
Preparation
    Let set out for 8 hours every time you feed it.
    Take out 1 cup of starter even if you are not baking bread.
