Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box \"Jiffy\" cornbread mix
1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1/2 stick oleo
2 eggs
8 oz. cottage cheese

Preparation

Butter a casserole dish.
Mix all together and bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
