Darrell'S Stir-Fried Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thin fresh asparagus
    2 Tbsp. butter or oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash and trim asparagus; cut into bite size pieces. Heat butter or oil in skillet. Add asparagus, stirring constantly until all pieces are well coated. Add water and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Season and serve immediately. Delicious sprinkled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
