Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 c. shredded zucchini
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    3 slices Provolone cheese
Preparation
    Grease a 1-quart casserole.
    Combine first 6 ingredients until well blended.
    Pour into casserole; top with Provolone.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until brown on top.
