Baked Trout - cooking recipe
Ingredients

any amount trout (fresh fish best)
margarine
onion powder
garlic powder
lemon pepper
Preparation
-
Place fish fillets skin down in baking dish.
Top each fillet with 2 pats of margarine.
Sprinkle with onion and garlic powder, top with lemon pepper.
Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
Serve with fresh lemon juice.
Very low calories.
Real good.
