Ham-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked ham, cubed
2 c. cooked rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. grated cheese or 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cheese soup
1/4 c. sherry
Preparation

Reserve 1/3 can of cheese soup or grated cheese to spread over top. Cook onion and green pepper with rice. Mix with remaining ingredients. Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
