Jessie'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. lard, chilled
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten
    5 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and lard.
    Mix until crumbly.
    In second bowl, combine egg, vinegar and water. Add to dry ingredients.
    Makes 4 crusts.
    Can be frozen for future use.
