Granny'S Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. melted shortening
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 c. warm water
    7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water for 5 minutes. Combine all ingredients.
    Let rise until double in bulk.
    Punch down.
    Roll into balls and let rise again, approximately 45 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
