Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, peeled, sliced and cooked
1 pepper, cut up
2/3 c. sliced onion
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Drain carrots and add pepper and onion.
Heat a little, but do not boil.
Mix other ingredients in and pour over carrots, onions and pepper.
Let stand 2 or 3 days to marinate.
