Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 c. grated cheese
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh broccoli
    1 stick melted oleo
    1 tube crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oleo until tender.
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Add first 6 ingredients and mix very gently.
    Pour into a buttered casserole, top with mixed oleo and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
