Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can evaporated milk
8 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese (double if you love cheese)
1 c. Minute rice
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation

Mix soup, butter, milk and cheese together until blended on stove top.
Add onion, rice and broccoli until well blended.
Put in baking dish. Sprinkle buttered cracker crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Cover baking dish while baking. Two-quart long, flat baking dish is preferred.
Serves 6 to 8.
