Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 stick margarine, at room temperature
    1 lb. confectioners sugar, sifted
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    With hand held mixer, beat cream cheese and margarine until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
    Add sugar, pecans and vanilla.
    Continue beating on low speed until combined.
    If too soft, chill about 10 minutes prior to spreading.
