Sauteed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 onion
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 to 1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms thoroughly and slice thin.
    Melt margarine and add onion and mushrooms.
    (Use a large skillet.) Simmer for about 5 minutes.
    Add soy sauce and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes.
