Sour Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 c. self-rising flour or Bisquick
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    grated Cheddar cheese and sausage (optional)
Preparation
    Mix butter and sour cream until smooth.
    Gradually stir in flour; stir until blended.
    Spoon batter into ungreased muffin pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
