Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes, mashed
    5 slices bacon, crumbled
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 green onion, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine mashed potatoes, bacon, butter, green onion and salt. Chill in refrigerator.
    Shape potato mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll in flour, dip in egg and roll in flour again.
    Deep fry.
