Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 pkg. taco chips
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 large can Pet milk
    1/2 c. chopped green or red pepper
    1 small can taco sauce (hot or mild)
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat meat together with remaining ingredients (except for chips and cheese).
    Layer in 9 x 13-inch baking dish as follows:
    chips, meat sauce and top with cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until cheese is bubbly.
