Herman Starter(Sourdough Base) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    In large (1 gallon jar), mix all ingredients.
    Stir.
    Check once a day to make sure it is bubbly.
    Do this five days.
    Divide into four splits; one for you, three to give away.
    Do not keep airtight.
