Oven Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    bread crumbs
    garlic powder
    parsley
    salt and pepper
    carrots (optional)
    onions (optional)
    apples (optional)
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into chunks (2-inch).
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Amount depends on number of potatoes and taste.
    Mix lightly until coated. Drizzle with olive oil.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven until tender. but not too soft (45 to 60 minutes, depending on the amount of potatoes).
    Can add carrots and onions for extra color and flavor. Apples can be added to keep the potatoes moist.
