Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
2 c. flour
1 c. sweet milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. nut meats

Preparation

Cream egg, sugar and shortening.
Slowly add milk.
Mix well. Add flour and baking powder; mix well.
Add nuts.
