Nasi Goreng - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 green pepper, diced 1/2 inch
    1 tomato, diced
    1 apple, pared and diced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. curry paste or powder
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown beef in oil.
    Add onion, green pepper, tomato and apple.
    Saute until meat is no longer pink, breaking it up with a fork as it cooks.
    Veggies should still be identifiable but tender.
    Stir in curry paste or powder to taste.
