Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bell pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 small chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1 diced tomato
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
-
Cook first five ingredients in small amount of oil for 3 minutes.
Stir in chicken broth.
Add chicken.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Salt to taste.
