Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together.
Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs.
Add dry ingredients and butter to pumpkin mix until well blended.
Stir in 1 cup chopped pecans.
Spread in well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
Makes 1 loaf, unless you double the recipe.
