Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1 lb. ground beef (or chuck, round or sirloin)
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Butter baking dish.
    Cut green peppers in half lengthwise. Remove the stems, membranes, and seeds.
    In a saucepan, boil the peppers in water to cover for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Place in the prepared baking dish.
