Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    2 c. flour (not self-rising)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Grease 12 deep custard cups or 16 muffin cups.
    Measure all ingredients into mixing bowl.
    Stir with fork until smooth.
    Fill custard cups half full, muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes; lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until deep golden brown.
    Remove from cups immediately (or serve from pan).
    Serve hot.
    Makes 12 to 16 popovers.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    Easy and everybody raves about them.
