Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. sauerkraut
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 green pepper, chopped
    4 oz. pimento
    1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except sugar.
    Sprinkle sugar over top. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Mix well and enjoy.
