Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    2 large tomatoes, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 tsp. canola or safflower oil
    1 pkg. Hi-Energy Tomato Soup Supplement, mixed with 1/2 c. water
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Layer zucchini, onion and tomatoes in a casserole dish.
    Add pepper and oil.
    Pour tomato soup mixture over top and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
