Snow Ball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 envelopes plain Knox gelatine
4 Tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (2 1/2 c.)
1 c. sugar
juice of 1 lemon or 3 Tbsp. ReaLemon
1 large angel food cake
1 can shredded coconut
3 pkg. Dream Whip

Preparation

Soften gelatine in cold water.
Add hot water, lemon juice, sugar and pineapple.
Set in refrigerator until thick.
Cut angel food cake into thin slices (or in pieces).
Line round bowl, tube pan or 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with wax paper.
