White Bean & Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. sugar
salt & pepper
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 Tbsp. olive oil
30 oz. cannelloni beans, rinsed
1 small red onion, sliced
1/2 c. chopped olives
1/4 c. chopped parsley
12 oz. drained tuna
Preparation

Prepare vinaigrette:
Whisk together garlic, mustard, salt, pepper & vinegar.
Whisking constantly, drizzle in oil and whisk until thick.
Set aside.
Combine beans, onion, olives and parsley.
Add tuna and vinaigrette.
