Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
1 lb. grated cheese
8 eggs
2 c. crushed crackers
Preparation
-
Brown sausage; pour off grease.
Put crushed crackers in a 9 x 13-inch pan on bottom.
Layer sausage and cheese in pan.
Beat eggs; add milk and mustard to eggs.
Pour over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
